With Flatten Belt Or Portioning Belt

Keep the ball low – with the flatten belt PLB.

The flatten belt PLB was created to transform spheres such as meatballs into flat products, e.g. into burgers or patties.

PLB and conveyor UTB 330 complete themselves in combination with a Ballformer to a complete production line with gram-exact portioning.

The own drive of the flatten belt PLB is regulated over the rate adjustment of the conveyor belt UTB. It is simply mounted on the UTB 330, to the tool holders provided.

Determine the amount – with the portioning belt POB.

Under normal conditions portioning belt POB and conveyor belt UTB operate combined under a cutting machine. For this, the POB is connected upstream of the UTB. The blades operate in the narrow spacing between the two belts. The POB is a controllable conveyor belt with adjustable chassis.

The belt speed of the POB is adjustable via the control of the filling machine.

Also available is a paper holder for rolls with max. 600m and 250mm wide.
